Shipping time frames provided at checkout are estimates only and do not include processing time. You will receive another email when your order ships including tracking information.
Orders are printed, processed, and sent for picking and packing immediately when checkout is completed. For this reason, ORDERS CANNOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED AFTER THEY ARE SUBMITTED.
***Customers Outside the USA: Please note all taxes, importation fees, duties, and/or customs charges imposed by your local government and/or postal service are not controlled nor covered by The Nail Hub (unless you chose a prepaid duties option at checkout). Please be advised you may have to pay additional taxes and/or fees on orders you import to your country and these charges are your sole responsibility. It is also against the law for us to falsify order values in an effort to avoid customs and duties, so please do not ask us to do so. All shipment invoices included on the box list the correct commercial value of the products enclosed.
