I have only gotten a chance to use the drill a few times and I love it. It is light, low vibration. There was a moment where I felt that something was off track and it was making noise but I realized that the bottom of the handpiece can easily get unscrewed if not careful. Tightening that corrected the issue. I am also a tad concerned about the stand/case. The plastic is on the flimsier side. I would have paid extra to have that be stronger. Otherwise, I love the drill. I love being able to support The Nail Hub and I trusted that the drill would be good quality and she delivered!

I feel this might be a slightly unfair review because I'm comparing it to the e-file I was using before. It is very light weight, which is nice, but I had to turn up the RPM'S more than I'm use to for each step I did with my removal process and cuticle prep, which I guess isn't a bad thing.
I guess overall it's a good e-file for starting out if you're not nervous about using higher RPM's

I’m stunned with all the sweet features of this device! The box stand and resting tray are awesome. It is super quiet and light, and nice to hold. It won’t rotate without the chuck locked down (great safety)! And it’s holding its charge super well. I love all the features and it’s a standout product. I think everyone should get one - at this price (esp with discount) it’s a no brainer!

This e-file is an amazing tool! I thought I had a good ones until this one. Lightweight, quiet, super effective at removing product quickly and easily.

I purchased my new efile for Black Friday and wanted to write a review after using it for a bit. In short, I LOVE this. It has truly made a difference in my e-filing. I had a cheap machine from Amazon, and the difference is night and day. I would sometimes cut myself when doing dry manicures, and I thought it was just user error, but it turns out it was my efile!! I haven’t cut myself once with the Nail Hub efile and I haven’t changed my technique. It also removes product super fast.
The only small issues I had were that the hinges on my storage box did crack (but I think Liz addressed this and said it was being fixed) and the power button isn’t the most sensitive, so you have to make sure to click it in the right spot. These issues are minor for me, and I’m very happy to have a well-designed, great efile that was available to nail enthusiasts like myself!

I received my e-file 2 weeks ago and I really love it. It’s powerful yet quiet with very minimal vibration. So glad I purchased it. Thank you Ms Liz for making a quality e-file that’s affordable.

Omg such a wonderful upgrade from the clunky machine I had before. This baby is sleek in its presentation, function and feel. It’s so much easier to hold and use. And how cool is it that it can be used to charge your devices as a battery pack??

I do like how high quality the motor and hand pice feel. It works great with gel removal. Love how it does not take space in my desk. The cable is nice and long. The only things I noticed, the silicon covers on the motor are easy to lose. It be nice if they were attached. The other thing is my storage box and stand came in all scratched up.
